Congratulations to the UD fall graduate seniors. We once again had the honor of photographing many graduates this month. We really enjoy working with the people and getting to know what their experience was like in college. This is just a sneak peak of some of the graduates we photographed. We look forward to photographing next years seniors.
Two years ago I had the pleasure of photographing Kevin’s sister for her senior pictures. And now it was his turn for senior pictures. Kevin is such a sweet person and is filled with a lot of funny jokes and laughter. I actually meant to take note of some of the jokes he told because they cracked me up.
You would never know by Kevin’s pictures, but he braved the cold and very windy fall weather we had last weekend. He was a trooper though. Never complained about being chilly. But we were able to capture his senior pictures with very pretty fall colors.
I have really enjoyed working with this family and hope to work with them again in the near future. Have a great senior year Kevin.
Saturday September 24, 2011 Jesse and Nikki tied the knot in style. Pre wedding photographs were scheduled to take place at Cox Arboretum on Saturday morning. Rain was in the forecast and all fingers were crossed. It turned out to be a perfect afternoon the sun was shining, the sky was full of fluffy white clouds and a cool breeze was blowing.
As you can see both Jesse and Nikki are very photogenic and were great fun to work with. After our time at the park we moved on to American Legion hall. The hall was as beautiful as I have ever seen it. The walls were completely draped in white fabric and dramatic up-lighting added color and pizzazz. The wedding took place as guests sat at their tables decorated with linens and flowers. The bow draped chairs continued the wedding color theme.
After the wedding things easily transitioned into party mode. The meal was catered by Brock Masterson's. The menu was extensive and contained both pulled beef and roasted chicken. Sides included corn on the cob, green beans, salad, mashed potatoes, and more, all seasoned to perfection. E & J, DJ's provided dining and dancing music from soft and seductive to wild and loud. A good time was had by all.
We wish Jesse and Nikki all the best in the years to come. We were delighted to be able to capture the event for them.
Ross and Stephanie had a gorgeous wedding. From the beautiful church decorations to the flowers and the “bling” at the reception. What a perfect wedding day.
We were able to go to my new favorite place, the Oregon District for some pictures before the reception. We had wonderful lighting and captured some fun times with their bridal party.
The Reception was beautifully decorated with a lot of thought and special touches added to it. They sure had a blast dancing the night away.
