Wedding 10/24/09

What a great wedding we had yesterday. Kerrie and I photographed Jennifer and Joe's wedding. I really enjoyed working with this couple. Their love for each other really shows. Jennifer looked great in her dress and was just glowing! And everything turned out perfect .They had really cool table decoations at the recpetion. We went to a local park after the ceremony. Thankfully, the weather held out long enough for us to go. Such a fun couple. They wanted to throw leaves up in the air. Turned out super cute! We were able to capture the great fall colors. All the fall colors just popped out in their pictures. Looking forward to showing them all of their images.

 

Senior Photo shoot 10/22/09

Yesterday I had a senior photo shoot with John. We went to once again the famous Cox Arboretum. I was so amazed how beautiful it is there right now. It was so busy though. I have seen a lot of photographers there before, but yesterday was by far the busiest that I have ever seen it. Which made the photo shoot a little more challenging because all the hot spots were taken. We found some great locations though that just really showed the great colors of the fall season. John was a pleasure to work with. We had a couple good laughs. After we were done at the park we went down town and did a little photo shoot there. It was perfect timing. Just enough light left in the day. Enjoy your senior year!

 

 

 

 

 

Happy Fall

 

This is a "just because" blog. This is a pumpkin I carved last weekend. Her name is "Candy." Four bags of candy corn and 8 sticks of hot glue later. Fun time of year!

Almost that time of year

UD Rocks

The University of Dayton is beautiful this time of year. Fall adds a splash of color to the stately buildings and walkways. Nick and Stephanie were fun and vivacious, requesting several meaningful shots and locations. They seem perfect for each other. The wedding ceremony was as beautiful and meaningful as the reception was fun and festive. We wish you many years of blissful married life.

 

 

 

Engagement

The first of the beautiful fall days at one of my favorite photo locations, Cox Arboretum. The trees are just starting to turn and the fall colors are coming out. This was an engagement photo shoot with Kelly and Mike. They are such a romantic couple, it was easy to get wonderful pictures of them. This is a pair who loves to  have fun, we're really looking forward to this wedding next year.

 

 

 

Cutest Dogs Ever

Just got done photographing Bogey, Chole and Missy. Oh my gosh these are the cutest dogs ever! Bogey & Chole are my neighbors dogs and Missy ( the bigger dog) is my dog. It was a blast trying to photograph them. It took well over an hour. haha But, lots of laughs. Bogey ( the smallest dog) felt very tough around Missy. And Missy just looked at him like "Are you really acting like that?) It's always an adventure when you add dogs into the mix of pictures. The back drop is covered in hair from Missy so excuse all of the dog hair in the pictures! haha Enjoy looking!
